Tampon printing

For printing parts, we use a technique called tampon printing. Tampon printing is a printing method that can be applied on nearly any surface and product shape.
The photographic design is placed on a cliché (a metal negative).
The tampon consists of a rubber image carrier, transfers the design from the cliché and prints it on the article.
By using different tampon shapes, it is possible to print on various shapes, applying one or more colors.
Pad printing is the standard technique used for printing on plastic items. There are tampon printing machines for one, two, three, four and five colors.
